  1. In a bowl marinate cooked shrimp in Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a medium bowl combine onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro, sugar/honey and salt. You might fix the amount of sugar/honey and salt for sour or sweet taste. Squeeze lime into bowl (save a remainder of the lime for jicama) Stir well and let sit for an hour, along with the shrimp.
