Thanksgiving Fruit Salad & Cranberry Dressing – Best Easy Vegetarian Diet Food


Even though the name of this salad is related to Autumn, and now still Summer, but it’s delicious and healthy for you as well as your weight loss program this summer. Bikini is waiting, so try on, and we bet you will love the dish.

Ingredients:
CRANBERRY VINEGAR SALAD DRESSING

  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

SALAD

  • 6 cups mixed baby green spinach
  • 1/2 cup sugared sliced almonds (see note below)
  • 1 green apple sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup feta crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

SUGARED ALMONDS

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • sprinkle of salt
