  1. Spear apples with apple skewers , then dip in melted white chocolate.
    Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a bowl then heat until dissolved. Turn up heat and boil until it reaches 290 degrees.
  2. Remove from stove and add flavoring and food coloring. Once slightly cooled, drip along top of apples so that it covers top and drips down sides over the chocolate.
