Rice Paper Mango Shrimp Salad – Healthy Tip & Seafood Recipe For Weight Loss

This salad is extremely low calories and also keep your stomach full for a long time. So try it and remain skinny beauty!

Yield 4

  • 4 cup chopped Vietnamese rice paper*
  • 1/3 cup chopped Vietnamese coriander* [you may replace with basil]
  • 4 eggs, boiled, sliced
  • 6 ounces shrimp, boiled, peeled
  • 1 cup peeled, chopped red onion
  • 1 1/2 cup green (unripe) mango, peeled, chopped [you may adjust this if you like the salad more sour taste]
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 ounces dried shrimp* [you may replace with small fresh shrimp, boiled]
  • 2 medium jalapeno, chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon roasted peanut, peeled, crushed [optional]
  • dried cuttlefish, chopped [optional – you also could replace with beef jerky]
  • oil for cooking
  • salt
