Rice Paper Mango Shrimp Salad – Healthy Tip & Seafood Recipe For Weight Loss

 

  1. Baked the red onion in oven at 300 degrees F, until semi-dried and turn golden, about 1-2 mins. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a medium pan over high heat, when the oil is hot, add dried red onion, stir regular until turn brown and crispy, about 2 mins, remove excess oil, drained and set aside.
  2. Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a medium pan, add dried shrimp, jalapeno, chili powder, saute until shrimp is well-cooked, seasoning with salt and peper for a little salty taste in the sauce.
  3. Move the spicy shrimp sauce into a large bow, add rice paper, mango, coriander, lemon juice and mix well, then add the eggs, boiled shrimp, dried cuttlefish. Taste and add more salt if desired.
  4. Garnish with peanut, shrimp, crispy onion, coriander and serve!
