  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend all ingredients together for two minutes with electric mixer or Kitchenaid.
  3. Pour into greased bundt pan.
  4. Bake in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Cool cake.
  6. Turn out onto cake plate.
  7. Top with powdered sugar or Cream Cheese Glaze

Cream Cheese Glaze

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, 4 to 5 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
  2. Add sugar and beat until combined, about 1 minute. Add salt, lemon juice, and milk; mix on low speed until smooth. If glaze is too thick to drizzle, add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
