Melon & Blackberry Salad – Summer Fruit and Vegetarian Diet Food Recipe

  1. Melon peel and cut into cubes removing the seeds. Stir the sauce ingredients.
  2. Spread on plates rinsed and dry arugula with corn salad, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, mix gently.
  3. Put melon sauce, crushed blackberries and feta cheese.
