Ingredients 2 servings:

• 1/3 melon
• 1 cup blackberries or blueberries
• arugula with corn salad
• 80 g feta cheese
• 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Honey ginger sauce:

• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons grated ginger
• pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon lime juice or lemon
