Fold felt square pieces to make them look like a lily flower, use string & needle, pierce at the bottom point of each felt lily flowers, make a string of square felt fabric, each string is long enough to cover the width of your styrofoam wreath. This may take some time but not to lose it, the result is worthy.
  3. Use hot glue gun to stick the felt strings to styrofoam wreath, carefully to make the felt-lily facing up, alternative the red, blue, white as picture. You may want to hot glue many points of your felt string to make sure all of your felt-lily is at right position & face up!
  4. Stick the white stars onto the blue felt part. Hang the wreath with a string of ribbon & done!
