  3. Heat the oil in a large sautΓ© pan. Add the shrimp and sear on one side for two minutes. Flip and sear for 30 seconds, or until both sides are lightly browned.
  4. Spread a little of the hot sauce you made on the buns. Load each roll up with seared shrimp, onions, tomatoes and lettuce. Drizzle more sauce on top and spritz with fresh lemon wedges.
