  1. Mix in a bowl the chicken, bread crumps, 1/2 cup hot sauce, celery and the boiled egg.
  2. Shape into medium size balls. Then place on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Cook 25 minutes. You also could pack them up and bring to heat at your camping fire for a hot kid-loving dinner meal. They love this dish so much.
  3. Cover the meatball with the remaining hot sauce. Serve.
