Banana Coconut Milk Ice Cream – Easy Healthy Homemade Dessert Recipe Idea

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Place 4 bananas on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until the banana peel turn black and juices start oozing out, remove from oven, cool, peel and chop.
  3. In a food processor, add chopped bananas, almond coconut blend mik, blend well. Put in refrigerator for about 4 hours, garnish with coconut and almond if desired, serve!
