Directions

1- Combine the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
2- Apply this mixture onto your scalp and gently massage your scalp in circular motions.
3- Massage your scalp for about 10 minutes.
4- Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
5- Repeat 3 times per week.

2. Curry Leaves and Yogurt Hair Mask

Ingredients :

  • Curry Leaves – 10 to 12
  • Yogurt or Curd – 4 tablespoons
  • Fenugreek powder – 1 tablespoon

Directions :

1-mix 1 tablespoon of curry leaves paste with 3 to 4 tablespoons of yogurt
2-Add 1 tablespoon of fenugreek powder.
3-Mix them until they form a smooth paste.
4-Massage your scalp and hair with this hair mask .
5-Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash it off with shampoo.
5-Repeat this once in a week and get long hair.

3. Egg Honey and Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 2 whole egg
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey

1- In a bowl, combine one egg with one tablespoon of olive oil. Stir until you get a smooth mixture.
2- Apply the mixture to your hair and scalp, working it in from the roots to the tips.
3- Once your scalp and hair are completely covered in the mixture, leave it on for about 20 minutes.
4- Cover your hair with a shower cap during this time to avoid a mess.
5- Proceed to wash your hair with shampoo and cool water. Do not use warm water to wash your hair at this point as it can ‘cook’ the egg.
6- Finish by conditioning your hair. (You may skip this step if you have oily hair.)

2- Massage your hair scalp for 10 mins
3- Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it on for 35 mins.

  • 1 ripe avocado
